The Pain and Beyond is a soundtrack-style rocksong with only a chorus written for the production of The Stone Souls’ upcoming short-film Splinter.
Who would’ve thought an animal as mighty as a shark could die from drowning? Inspired by the style of bands like 16 horsepower, Blues Saraceno, All Them Witches, The Black Angles and of course Quentin Tarantino, The Stone Souls wrote a song about leaving the pain behind and carrying on.
