Moving drops new single I Don’t Know

Imagine The Monkees had grown up listening to Wilco, Real Estate, Andy Shauf, and Spinvis….

Moving is Tim, Elliott, Anne and Bep – four friends, two brothers – who grew up sharing a passion for music, and spent two years through lockdown writing and recording a stack of tunes in a bedroom at home in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

A self-produced vinyl EP was released in June, launched at a sold-out show at Patronaat, and has been streamed more than 70,000 times, leading to radio sessions on Haarlem105 and AlternativeFM.

I Don’t Know is the second of four new releases by Moving – each showcasing a different aspect of the band’s sound and style – and reflects singer Elliott’s love of the organic, emotion-led music of artists such as The Clientele and Leif Vollebek. Live shows are scheduled for December.
