NYC duo No Wave announced their return last week with a single post on their Instagram saying “We’re back. Two new songs for you coming out on Jan 20th. The start of a new batch of music to fill up 2023. More announcements to come soon.” Their new dark and moody sound has already captured the ears of casual listeners, but has started to spread like wildfire in the underground music scene.
With “Rights” and “Luck” hitting the airwaves and finding new fans, the band announced another two song single to be released on Feb 10th including “Let Down” previously released in 2020 and “Turn Around”. What else is to come from No Wave? Until Feb 10th we won’t know, but I assume it has to be something big considering the slow reveal.
Their somewhat goth-electronic sounds are what drew most in, but listen for yourself and stay tuned for more to come. Great things seem to be happening for the duo and we hope you’ll be along for the ride.
